it is such a silly state to live in-minnesota
the snow is not fun or funny
it is white so big deal- it is also cold and slippery
and heavy (to shovel) and bland
it is sickening to look and see white punctuated by a few
leaveless trees
oh but watching the cars spin out--hold on,
that is not cool
seems like i ought to be double delighted to go to south america
next week but i have been following the temperature there and it is
high 80s in chile
yawn
that is too hot
i guess i am whining but isn't it ever just right?
well 65 to 80 is just right
not too much humidity
and the colors of life- green leaves, vibrant colored flowers
and green ground cover
good luck-i hear that antarctica has NONE of the above
well, it is an adventure

That's what adventures are all about. I am so jealous and can't wait to hear about your trip. Guess I shouldn't mention it was 77 here today and crystal clear. You could see for miles. It was just beautiful. Sorry.
